Apolu is built to follow App Store rankings, not to build a profile about you. This policy explains the limited data needed for app tracking, optional notifications, optional sign-in, and the App Store Connect features you choose to connect.

1. Who we are

Apolu (the “App”) helps you follow App Store rankings, reviews, and revenue for your own apps. We limit data processing to what is needed to operate the App, and this policy describes all of it.

2. No account needed to track rankings

You can track any public App Store application without creating an account or providing your name, email address, phone number, or location. Your tracked list is associated with an anonymous device identifier generated on your device; it does not identify you personally.

3. Data we process to provide alerts

If you enable notifications, our servers store the following limited information:

  • An anonymous Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token, used solely to deliver notifications to your device. It does not reveal your name, email address, or Apple Account.
  • The App Store IDs of applications you track and your alert configuration, so the service knows which ranking events to send to that token. Tracking an App Store ID does not establish that you own or use that application.

We use this information only to operate the ranking-alert service. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not attempt to identify you from it.

4. Optional sign-in

Review management and revenue features require an account. Sign-in uses Sign in with Apple (or an email magic link), which shares only a stable account identifier and, at your choice, a relay email address. When you sign in, the tracked list from your anonymous device is migrated to your account so you do not have to add apps again.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the App at any time: Settings → Delete Account. After one confirmation the deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no deactivated state, and you do not need to contact us for it.

Deleting the account removes:

  • the account record itself, including the email address Apple shared with us, and every signed-in session;
  • your App Store Connect key and everything derived from it, including the stored sales and subscription reports;
  • the devices linked to the account, the apps they track, and their push tokens and alert settings.

We also revoke the Sign in with Apple token, so the App stops appearing under Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple. Signing in again afterwards creates a new, empty account. You can keep using the App without an account.

6. App Store Connect credentials

To show your reviews and revenue, you can optionally connect an App Store Connect API key that you create in your own developer account. We use it only to fetch the data those features display and to post the review replies you write.

  • The private key is encrypted before storage and is never stored or logged in plaintext.
  • You can disconnect it in the App at any time, and you can revoke the key in App Store Connect at any time.
  • We recommend creating a key with the least role necessary.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Apolu may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card number, billing address, or other payment details; Apple only lets the App check whether a purchase is active.

Because Apple manages App Store transactions, we cannot issue refunds. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

8. Third-party services and data sharing

Apolu relies on Apple services to function: APNs for notifications, Sign in with Apple for optional accounts, the App Store Connect API for the features you connect, and the App Store for purchases. We may process minimal technical diagnostics (such as crash and error reports) to keep the service reliable.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, or marketing trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Notifications and your choices

Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings, after which the stored device token is no longer used. You can manage or remove tracked applications in the App, and you can contact us at support@zhe.ltd for help with data connected to your device or account, including deletion.

10. Children's privacy

Apolu is a tool for app developers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information described above, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest for App Store Connect credentials.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves or when required by law. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.

13. Apple Standard EULA

Apolu uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and conditions.
